Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of career balance and personal life balance on the academic achievement of students at Panca Budi Development University. The phenomenon of students working while studying is increasing, but its impact on academic achievement still requires in-depth study. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach to 150 active working students. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that career balance had a significant positive effect on academic achievement (β = 0.324, p < 0.05), while personal life balance had a significant positive effect on academic achievement (β = 0.287, p < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables contributed 41.2% to the variation in student academic achievement. This study provides an important contribution to the development of academic policies that support working students in achieving optimal achievement.
